Pearl Harbor Attacked This site has a very good and informative message board. Certified Kid Safe

Sam McGowen's C-130 Page This is a site owned by author Sam McGowen who has written many good aritcles, and books on the C-130 as used in combat. My Dad has also contributed to his information. Highly recomended.
The C-130 Headquaters This is the best place on this venerable warbird.
Instrument Panels Not a bad place to go to see wht they really look like, and a good reference for modelers.
Warbirds, Restorations, and Squadron sites
Airpower West I am a director for this fine organization. The official site has membership information, the monthly newsletter, and the squadron's appearance schedule.
TPS-01A So you want to be a Test pilot? Have you ever wondered what training is needed? Captain andy Freeborn brings to us a week by week, blow by blow, spin by wingover look at what it takes to be the best of the best. Also a great insight into the brotherhood of arms.
The Lafayette Foundation The Lafayette Foundation is to World War One as Air Power West is to World War Two, Korea, and Vietnam era aircraft that are still operational. These are 3/4 to full scale flying replicas located at Platte Valley Airport near Denver, Colorado. They are incredibly learned people, and willing to share their passion for these "early birds" Some great on-line movie "mpegs".

B-29 Restoration Site This is a restoration of a B-29 to Flying condition by the United States Aviation Museum.
Computer Flight Simulations
The Scenery Hall of Fame If you want to add some interesting scenery to your Microsoft flight sim, add a specific Aircraft Carrier to your Microsoft Combat Flight Sim CFS-2, want a certain World War II era poster, or play an aircraft controller, stop by, and check them out.
IL-2 Sturmovick A Russian flight sim on a US-Aircraft site??? SURE!!! If you have not bought IL-2, then you have not flown a WWII Flight Sim my friends! This flight sim not only features some very interesting WWII Russian aircraft that are just not covered anywhere else in the computer gaming flight sim world, but also the US lend lease aircraft, such as the P-39 N, and P-39Q. The next release, IL-2 The Lost Missions will also feature the P-40, and P-47 Thunderbolt, which are decidedly US Aircraft. My favorite flight sim game.
CFS-3 Not a great site, and more of a "corporate/advertisement site" but this is the official site for CFS-3 by Microsoft. A fairly decent European air war ground attack sim, some interesting aircraft choices.
CFS-2, Pacific Theater Again, a bit more of an advertising feel than I like, but has some decent features, interesting "how to's", and interviews with some historical people.
Microsoft Combat Flight Sim This site seems more developed, and geared toward the gamer than just an advertisement. features downloads and interviews.
European Air War Sadly out of production. This is one of my personal favorites still. Features many many types of aircraft both to fly as well as to fight, as well as great graphics. Microprose dropped the ball by not following up on this one.

Sonic Cathedral Sonic Cathedral is a place to get CDs at an inexpensive price. This is a site dedicated to Heavy Rock and Alternative bands fronted by women. Very cool place, and the owner happens to be an aviation nut himself. Great Service.
